3 way switch-no wires?

Anyone use these wireless or battery type switches? My supply house says they have a heath zenith one for $40 and a rab for $250.
Lutron PICO the only way to go in my view. They look and act just like a regular Decora. Lutron quality and class.

I've used the x10 system. Seems to have worked well at one family's house. I haven't heard from them in a few years but I still get referrals from them so they can't be unhappy.

All of those have the advantage that the off button always turns the light off, in case it is, for example, an outside light you cannot see from one of the switches. :)
