What is the differences between full voltage Non-Reversing motor starter and full voltage reversing motor starter and their applications

Just a wild guess, but one is used when you wish the motor to operate in one direction, the other when you wish to be able to run the motor in either of two directions :)

Full Voltage Non Reversing = 1 motor contactor and 1 overload relay.
Full Voltage Reversing = 2 contactors and 1 overload relay.

Also, the two starters will have a mechanical interlock that prevents both from being closed at the same time. At least all I've seen do. I know that's obvious, but thought I'd mention it anyway.
