I don't understand your follow up question, but here in FL we have multi-member LLC's and we have single member LLC's.

Your state may be different.

definitely you will want to consulate either an attorney or an accountant who can assist you better in determined is the best type of of organization would best suit your needs.

I had my accountant set up my LLC but only after consulting with him on the different types organization I was best suited for.
