What is the most commmon way to support armored fiber cable running vertical in a riser?

If you are using a conduit system I would guess one of these will work.

If you don't have conduit system you can probably install a short piece of conduit on every floor penetration and use the mentioned support.

I am sure others will have better solutions for you.

I've seen a 20-storey building with fiber to the cell towers on the roof. One provider ran their fiber inside 2" FMC with the top end anchored by a Kellems grip. The second provider zip-tied their fiber to the FMC.
