I checked some Pipe size charts ...

I checked some Pipe size charts and they appear to be the same O.D. ?

Exp. 2" IPS O.D. = 2.37
2" Rigid O.D. = 2.37

Why do you say not even for the right bender??

Did you note that it's for the wrong bender?

A 555 is a spiral bender and a 880 884 looks like a press bender shoe.

Plus it's PVC coated with a rubber - compression type out protective shield.

I was reading and placed the Spec's of that shoe. from Greenlee...

AFAIK, they are the same O.D.

The shoe should work for rigid.

IPS (which stands for iron pipe size) is an old standard, precursor to NPS, hardly used by anyone nowadays, by name. I recall seeing IPS marked on Greenlee shoes. Don't know if they still mark their shoes as such or not.
