General Electric Meters, Class Ratings

I see a lot of General Electric meters when working in NYC and was wondering if the class rating is the ampacity rating of the meter? I'll use the following link as an example. Thanks!

Class 1 or 2 would be the accuracy class.

the CL you are referring too is the maximum current operating point.

Thanks! Sometimes we get into electrical rooms in NYC buildings and the circuit breaker rating is not listed on some of the older breakers. It's good to at least know the maximum size the service could be.
