what type and size of pulling rope.

I am pulling 4 6ga stranded wires through 50? of buried rigid metal conduit with two long sweep ells on each end. What size and type of pulling rope should I purchase and how should I attach them to the wires? What method or equipment do I need to be able to pull the wires through the conduit? Thank you.
