The asembly below includes lugs. When installing the transformer the lugs are separate and need to be installed? Are these for the primary and secondary feeders?

Lug kits are not supplied with transformers??? :?

Compression lugs for primary and secondary feeders would never be pre-installed unless the feeders are pre-installed also... such as with a switchboard or MCC which includes factory SDS. That doesn't appear to be the case given the material list includes flex, connector, clamp, etc.
