Grounded and Ungrounded Low Voltage Distribution systems (same plant)

Hi,

Has anyone here ever work in a plant where there are both grounded and ungrounded 480VAC distribution systems in the same building and what variety of issues experienced (if any other than troubleshooting, training and labeling).?

There is almost always a combination. In order to produce circuits for lighting or general power receptacles, you generally need grounded Wye secondaries.
