When installing standard duplex receptacles in patient care areas do you bond the EGC,insulated equipment ground,and box grounding pigtail together.

Are we talking insulated ground or isolated ground? If isolated I don't believe you connect them together as it would defeat its purpose

Dennis, isolated grounds are not allowed in Patient Care Areas. The insulated EGC is per 517.13(B)
