Ok guys. I'm back in the field after 10 yrs so cut me some slack..lol.
I'm coming out of a 120\208v switchboard with emt to feed a meter pack for some apartments. The switchboard is one of 6 service DS for this building fed directly from utility vault. Its a mixed use project with retail on lower level and apartments on upper levels. First question - do I need to bond the emt feeders going to the meter pack with a bond bushing in the swbd because the swbd is considered service equipment and secondly if we place a pull box on these feeders (6 parallels) due to number of bends do we need to splice the egc in the box and install bond bushings in the box. I'm thinking yes #1 and no #2 but as I said its been a long while. Thanks

I agree... unless there is some reason the electrical continuity of the EMT to enclosure is compromised.

You would need something other than standard locknuts on the raceways that contain service entrance conductors. Beyond that you would have feeders and standard EMT connectors would be all that you'll need.
