Those generator sub panels come with 1" ENT flex.

Use 1000' if you wish, the only length restriction involving use of flexible metal conduit is using the raceway as the equipment grounding conductor, and in some instances amount of unsupported raceway that is permitted, but both can be remedied by either using an internal EGC or providing the proper support.
