reducing bushing in seal off?

I have a 3/4 seal off. May I use a reducing bushing to install 1/2 into it. Instead of buying a 1/2 seal off. I was wondering because I have an extra 3/4 seal off
Its a class 1 division2 llocation.

You might note that bushings for Classified areas are not the same animal as "standard" bushings.
