120V outlet in a buried access box

I'm looking for a product that can be put in a parking area where trucks will be driving over it. The top should be flush with grade and the cover has to be easy to open for plug-in access. The use is to recharge equipment right where the truck is parked - we'll be putting in 20 of these in a row if I can find something that works. Any ideas would be appreciated.
