Wiremold and Romex 90 degree turns

Good day, :Dthis is my first posting as a DIY Homeowner trying to install a dedicated raceway from my power panel to a new MicroWave oven.

I have seen in the forum that one can run Romex through Wiremold without striping the sheath.

However, I understand that, according to NEC, I can not bend Romex with a turn diameter of less than 8 times the diameter of the Romex (about .25 inch).

so .25" x 8 = about 2" diameter of turn required for each bend/turn of the Romex...

That being the case, I don't see how I can run Romex through a 90 degree Wiremold section..

If that is true...then..perhaps I could strip the shealth from the Romex for section that bends/turns 90 degrees only :?

If not...how do I get past the max bending/turning rule while using Romex in my Wiremold raceway:?
