Electrical meter

I am feeding some ornamental lights and a sign lighting from a load center. This load center also feeds the street highway lights. I want an electrical meter just for the ornamental lights and sign light. How should I carry out the design.

We've used this system in the past for sub-metering. Can monitor the whole panel or individual loads.
