Looking for a pre-assembled cable that is rated for wet locations. I'm leaning toward PVC jacketed MC (corra/clad). Trying to avoid liquidtite because of the time and labor involved. No SO cord either. Any thoughts?

Cost is the biggest issue. The connectors for the MC run upwards of $20 each and I need 500.

Yes they're expensive, what size cable? I've seen the smaller ones for about $13 each, probably less if you bought in bulk.

Tray cable? UF?
For the most part Type TC must be in a raceway or cable tray for at least part of it's run [336.12(2), 336.10(4) and (7)].

Type UF may be a solution. Wet location connectors may be necessary. More info is needed to make the determination.

UF might work. I'm using it to hook up solar micro inverters. The wire mostly won't be exposed to the sun as it will be attached to the rails under the panels.
