Handhole size.

I want to size an underground handhole.
It consists of a one 3" conduit entering and leaving the handhole (straight pull) and other 2" conduit is used from underground handhole to light pole handhole.
I have specified a 24"(length)x13"(width)x36"(height) handhole. is this correct?

I would appreciate if you could let me know.

Looks correct.
(If you are splicing all the conductors and not doing a straight-pull thru you can reduce the 8X to 6X )

It depends on cable size to be pulled through. But, in any case, 36" it seems to me too big-for a long hand may be.:)
