UL White Book Switches WFXV

I'm teaching a class tomorrow and am going to discuss WFXV. I've got a problem, I don't understand Table I.

I understand it to be covering amperages of DC (and AC) switches. I'm guessing that the first three voltage columns are for DC and the second three voltage columns are for AC, but there is no heading specifying that.

Any guesses (or even better -- knowledge) about what is going on here?
