I want to install a two gang 100 amp meter base with disconnects for each can I run the feeder wires in the same conduit in to the building ? what code article ?

The NEC is OK but have seen many POCOs and/or AHJs forbid this.

If the disconnects are outside with the meters, then the downstream circuits are feeders, not services. You just have to remember to derate for multiple current-carrying conductors.

Are you dealing with multiple occupancies?

May not be acceptable in some of those instances to feed one occupant through another occupant space.

If you have a single occupancy with multiple meters there shouldn't be any problem.
