Motor wiring flex connections

can anyone help me find the code section that requires flex type connections for electric motors
because of vibration ?

I am not aware of a code section that requires that.

I agree with Don, I am not aware of any NEC requirement for that.

The same question also comes up regarding transformers.

The closest you will find are sections that permit use of flexible raceways in motor or other vibration applications.
