are there any arc fault breakers that don't trip when a vacum cleaner or tablesaw or any other power tool is plugged into the circuit

The only way to deal with this is to try different generation afci. I have had to try 3 different generations in order to get one to work with a TV. Fans, TV's and Vacuums are notorious problems.
