"Clean power" with standard MC cable

Can "clean power" be wired with standard MC cable or is HCF or IG MC cable required. The panel has "clean power" and the devices used are a combination of HCF and IG devices.

Is it a health care facility (using HCF cable), or something else just using HCF or IG cables. Is the Clean Power Panelboard IG or anything special?

It's something else. A laboratory with HCF and IG devices. They just state clean power. The electrician verified the use of standard MC cable. I found it a little bizarre.

I agree. You can't have an IG receptacle using standard MC. Also the isolated EGC from the receptacle should be connected at the service or SDS grounding point to be of any value. That is the reason for 250.146(D).
