Pulling a low voltage cable with 277v wires in conduit

Cable is for lighting control panel. The cable doesnt say the voltage rating on it. So is this not code? Thank you for your help.

If there is no voltage rating on the control cable you cannot treat it as Class 1 and apply the exception to allow it to run in the same raceway with power circuits.
Period, IMHO.

Even if the cable were rated to be installed with the power conductors the Class 2 power supply for the lighting control panel would have to allow Class 1 re-classification before you could install them in the same raceway. We see this quite often with Lutron equipment where the control is Class 2 but is permitted to be re-classified as Class 1.

Which in turn triggers the requirement for the rest of the circuit to follow Class 1 rules.
In the case of Lutron, this means that they have certified their loads (controls and devices) to be safe with a Class 1 power source even though they "ship" with a Class 2 power source.
