Inductive loads on 20 amp MWBC.

Hello. Just a theoretical question.
What if I made 2 receptacles (120V) in commercial kitchen (gfci) on mwbc and they plugged in 2 inductive warmers (1800W each) ?
Would there be any cons?

Other than needing a 2 pole CB or handle ties, no issue.
