Others loads in medical office

Anybody knows;
Besides compressor, vaccums, x-ray system what else a dental office would need {talking about electrical devices} and they shall be shown on engeenierd plan?????

consider worst case,
A dental office that does oral surgery
but not emergency system, emergency ltg, nor operation rooms.

Electrically positioned patient chairs.
Light boxes to view x-rays.
Computers to view digital x-rays with instead. (non-linear power supply loads.)
Room occupancy signalling systems with proprietary interconnect wiring.
Specialized lighting (not much of a load, but you asked for everything.)
Air conditioning and heating.
Microwave for heating staff lunches. :)
Refrigerator.
 
lasers to cure epoxies, mixers, heaters, autoclaves, radios blaring banal music, TVs and VHS to entertain waiters in waiting room with banal kiddy tapes, telephone systems, computers to control calendar, billing, clocks.
