Panelboard Location in Office Building

A small office building of approx. 3,500 SF is being remolded. An existing conference room is being remodeling into 3 small offices (about 80 SF each) one which will now contain the existing 120/240, 200 AMP, 20 pole, single phase panelboard. Is a panelboard in an office space acceptable in the NEC? I cannot find anything that would disallow this configuration.

You are good to go but if you really want to comply with the NEC the working space must stay clear. No desks, file cabinets etc. in the work space.

Accessibility to overcurrent protection for tenants if there is more than 1 tenant.
