HungTransformer Clearances

I am currently working on the design of a small medical office space. This is a multi-story building so we are very limited in where we place our electrical gear. There is an electrical room in the same level and the only place where I can place the trasformer is above the door. I tried to look for clearances in the NEC but couldn't find anything pertaining to overhead clearances for a transformer. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I don't think that you'll find anything specific in the NEC. We've hung them at various heights from 18" off the floor to double stacked at 15' to the top.
