Dilling Holes For Anchors

If you have a lot of strut mounted to concrete for your conduits how do you guys install anchors? Drill holes then use a wedge anchor or powder actuated guns?

For racks and threaded rod we use these or for mounting hard to a surface the same anchor with a hex nut instead of the rod coupling:

For the holes we use these or something similar:

we use to use wedge anchors but then our Engineering guys decided to just pre-empt any trouble with break out along edges-- so all we use now are epoxy anchors

This is the setup I use also. Sometimes I'll use tapcon's depending on what it is.
Those rotary hammer put hammerdrills to shame. They aren't even that expensive.

I bought a corded Dewalt 1" on amazon for $230ish.

The engineers who designed the big dig thought epoxy anchors were a good idea too......If I, the "dumb electrician", had hung those concrete panels, that woman would still be alive.
