Passed DC masters today

I passed the DC Masters today (2nd time)!!!!:thumbsup:

i had some questions i could not find at all in the code book.
BTW DC is on the 2005 code.

1. something about a service riser(not service mast). what is a service riser? i could not find it

2. "relay conductors for a motor over 600 volts" in the same conduit or in its own

3. something about grounding electrode conductor sharing the same grounding electrode conductor
a. duplex
b. 3 phase service
c. DC circuit or service (forget)
d. cantremember

I had the same question about the motor relay on my test yesterday. I'll have to look that one up as well.

The service riser is usually the conduit that comes from the meter base up the building to the service drop. It has the service entrance conductors and a service mast at the end.

It was a joke.
If you passed the DC Masters exam you could only work on DC wiring.
Once you pass the AC Masters exam too, you can work on AC wiring.
