What have some of you came up with on avg. cost per openings.
Outlets / fixture installation.
Installed in emt / with fixture whips. average height is 10'
This is a library remodel. mostly outlets and lights.
Has 3 levels. also has to be demo'd . any thoughts on removing
old stuff.

Are you asking for a flat rate price for a job like this?

IMO...you should do a detailed takeoff, price materials, apply labor units, adjust for difficulty, then add job expense, overhead and profit


...but that's just me

Back in the early 90's I was charging $40 an opening (two gang being two) and that included lights plus the cost of the fixtures.

removing old stuff? i'd use a wheelbarrow.
it provides entertainment value, especially on the stairs...
best if you back down the stairs.
