Much of south Florida is in the 150 mph wind range for building construction. This also includes PV equipment.

Does anyone know of solar panels, attachment brackets, etc that are rated for 150 mph winds?

There is lots of PV in Florida. Talk to racking suppliers about what extra attachment and ballasting needs to be done to satisfy the requirements of building PV in a hurricane zone. The installation docs for modules show the clamping ranges for different wind loading.

From prosolar.com:
"ProSolar works with all major solar manufacturers to ensure systems are fully engineered and tested. This has resulted in zero product failures, even through Florida hurricanes and major California earthquakes. No other manufacturer can make this claim. "

Those are just words but you can look into the engineering and specs.

Yeah, where???

We have a flea market in Fort Myers with a 1MW solar system.
We have a university over here with a solar field.
FPL has a solar farm somewhere.

There's plenty of solar in the sunshine state.

The OP asked about wind specs. If a manufacturer can't provide specs for the installation, don't use their product or you'll get burned.

Ironridge and Unirac both make racking that will work, provided that you work within their span tables or get an engineer's blessing.

Keep in mind that you will need more attachments and that whether you can use it on certain projects such as ballasted systems will depend on details.
