Grounding and Tyope TC VFD Cable

Southwire's Type TC VFD Cable is a multifunction shielded cable. The 4/0 cable consists of (3) 4/0 RHW-2 Cu conductors, a shield and (3) #4 equipment ground conductors.
I have a 200 HP motor being fed by (2) of these cables and protected by a 400 amp breaker.
I can not find where the NEC addresses the "multi-ground conductor situation...........
any advice ?

Section 310.10(H)(5). The reference is to "sectioned" conductors.
