I recently heard you shouldn't mix stainless and galvanized materials due to corrosion. I thought this was pretty typical. Any concerns using stainless unistrut and conduit/pipe clamps with rigid galvanized conduit?

I would not be inclined to mix the two unless I had some kind of insulator between them.

But when you need to mechanically join aluminum and galvanized, the common procedure is to use a stainless washer and stainless bolt and nut.

My understanding is that some grades of stainless like 18-8 are much more susceptible to galvanic corrosion than others. I'll have to read petersona's link because I thought all the 300 grades were pretty resistant to galvanic reaction.

Silly question, is this a dry location? You don't have any reaction without an electrolyte.

It's outdoors.
