Chinese LED Fixtures with short cord tail (6") long

How are other electrician wiring these Chinese made LED light fixtures with a flexible cord attached to fixture that's about 6" long?
 
Haven't seen an LED like you mentioned, but sounds a lot like some really cheap "shop lights" that you used to see that were 2 lamp t12 fluorescent fixtures that had only about a 6 inch cord on them:(

I guess - assuming these luminaires are listed and permitted to be used - there are only about two choices, either fairly exact locating of the receptacle, or use of a cord pendant with connector on the end to plug into.
