220.61(B) states that additional demand factor of 70% may be applied to 220.61(B)(1) OR 220.61(B)(2). All calculations in annex D show using both instead of one or the other, should this say "and" instead of "or"?

Good question. The Examples D4(a) and onward contradict the wording. Being 220.61 is actual Code while Annex D is FYI only, 220.61 supersedes the Examples... but we all would like to know if this is what is intended.

FWIW, had you brought this up last year before the Public Input deadline, I would have made a proposal to change one or the other. If I get a chance to slip it in at comment stage, and remember, I do so.

Otherwise, repost the issue in 2017 and I'll be sure to get a proposal in...
