This Chiller say it has a minimum circuit ampacity of 485amps. Is this what number I use to size my conductors? Or do I have to take the 485 amps at 125% to size my conductors. I am not sure if when the manufacture marks a minimum circuit ampacity that they took the load at 125% to come up with there 485 amps.

You only need to use the 485 amps to size the conductors. The manufacturer has done all of the calculations for you.
