Estimating duct bank cost

Hello, I'm estimating a job that requires 1100 linear feet of 4x 2" duct bank with stacked conduit spacers every 5' , #4 rebar the full length , all four corners (1100' x 4) and a # 4 rebar square ring tied around the whole assembly every 7' . It is then to be encased in 3000 psi red concrete. The gc is doing the excavation and back fill. Any thoughts on cost per ft? or man hours . Thank you

are you paying for the concrete?

if you are then call a ready mix company and find out how much they get for the mix 3000lb and then tell them you want red dye. if I understand you correctly you have 2-2" over 2-2" PVC conduits. If so then 1 yard of concrete will do about 27 linear feet.

on the re-bar call a re-bar supplier tell them that you want pre bent square rings and the total length of the #4 bar. Plus some bag ties and a spinner tool.

do you need to form the duct bank? or is it just fill the trench? if its fill the trench and the GC is digging then you don't want them using a big bucket.

Magnetic tape or just PVC?
