Weatherhead vs. Service Entrance Head

Is there a difference between weatherheads and service entrance heads? I have found a definition of service entrance head in UL 514B but can't seem to find a definition for weatherhead with which to compare it.

I am going to say that it is a regional thing what to call the weatherhead. A Google search for Weather head, then search for Service Entrance Head turns up the same thing. We all have regional names for F straps, 4sq boxes, Speedy screw drivers, etc etc
