Has anyone used the cable bus framework as a supply side bonding jumper between an SDS and the first OCPD?

I haven't but this is a good question. 370.60 [2014] permits the framework to be used as an EGC... but 250 doesn't specifically mention cablebus framework for other than EGC. Closest mention is 250.30(A)(2), "The supply-side bonding jumper shall be permitted to be of nonflexible metal raceway type or of the wire or bus type..." Yet nothing qualifies the framework as a raceway.
