Need for watertight conduit bodies and connections on roof?

Do I need watertight conduit bodies (LBs, LLs etc.) and connections on the roof and/or along the exterior wall going into the Master service panel?

I'm using EMT but do I need to get a connect that forms a watertight seal to a watertight LB because a screw type connection for EMT to an LB doesn't seem to be watertight.

Trust your gut. Setscrew is not watertight in the least.
