Defining Grounded Systems in SKM

In the arc flash study options of SKM there exists a 'Define Grounded as SLG/3P Fault >=' box. SKM defaults this to 5%. Do there exist some standards for determining what a proper setting is for this especially in cases where utility information is being assumed?

I think this would only come into play if you have a system that is resistance grounded.

Most systems are either grounded, and the SLG fault would be much larger than 5%, or ungrounded where SLG is essentially zero.
