Does the code state that You can't have 14-2 and 12-2 on the same circuit even if fused at 15 amps?

if the #12 is at the OCP, I believe it needs to be labeled "15 amp circuit maximum", so the next guy doesn't ever change it to a 20.

No labeling or anything else required. Doesn't anyone use voltage drop compensation?
