Table 300.19 (A) has some long lengths without a support required. For example a run of Aluminum 4/0 AWG through 350 kcmil only needs to be supported every 135 feet. Most conduits require support every 10', am I missing something here is this table for a raceway other than conduit?

It's a table for conductors inside vertically installed conduit. The conduit still needs to be supported every 10'. Aluminum is markedly lighter than copper, thus it doesnt need support as often.

300.19(C) would be the code standpoint. From a practical 'what to do/use?' standpoint, I dont know, only once had to deal with weight thru a vertical run, with comm cables. There are extremely few buildings here where 300.19 would come into play.

There are fittings made specifically for that purpose,
I will find a link.
Most common are basically a rubber wedge used at pull boxes.
