Is it acceptable to run this motor on 3Ø, 208 volts? How would you size the conductors, using the 200 volt or 208 volt column in T430.250?

200 volts is the rated voltage of a motor intended for use on 208V, just like 230V being for use on 240V, and so on....

Yes, but in T430.250 there are columns for both 200 volts and 208 volts, which one would you use to size the branch circuit conductors? The confusing part is that the top of the table says "The voltages listed are rated motor voltages. The currents listed shall be permitted for system voltage ranges of 110 to 120, 220 to 240, 440 to 480, and 550 to 1000 volts." There is no range for 200 or 208 volts.
