Can you create a120 volt maintenance receptacle at pool equipment using the existing 2 pole GFCI circuit if there is a neutral present, I can not find that anywhere as I had another journeyman state you can't because it's the pool equipment circuit and is on a2 pole circuit breaker?
 
The only issue I see is 210.23 (A)(2). I don't see where article 680 requires a separate circuit.


(2) Utilization Equipment Fastened in Place. The total
rating of utilization equipment fastened in place, other than
luminaires, shall not exceed 50 percent of the branchcircuit
ampere rating where lighting units, cord-and-plugconnected
utilization equipment not fastened in place, or

Still can not find

I have gone through 210,430 and 680, I can not find anything that says I can't use the circuit only thing I found was in a multi wire circuit the ungrounded conductors must be disconnected at the same time, which it would for its on a 2 pole GFCI CB.
