Does anyone know what standard,(not OSHA )standard, that governs crane grounding near power lines and HV switch yards and if Ground wires that runs from the crane to the ground needs to be insulated or can they be bare? thank you!

I would think that you are already pretty well grounded by the outriggers--going by the videos I have seen of cranes burning up after contact with MV and HV--But I don't know if there are requirements--never checked and never used a separate ground:?
