3phase circuit in split conduits

Can a 3phase AC Circuit be split into phases A&C in one conduit and phase B in a separated conduit in the same underground bank? The cables are 1/0 35kV Insulation and the distance of the feeder is 40ft.

This feeder will be connected to a 75kVA pad mounted xfmr and the primary voltage is 35kV with an current of less than 2amps.

It certainly can be done. I would not suggest it. Concerns are that the magnetic fields are not being cancelled. Is this a jcn cable? If so you may get more than desirable neutral current since the cables would not be in close proximity. One way to mitigate that is cross bonding of the concentric nuetrals. That is typically done on longer runs where there are periodic splice points. If you are not running jcn and you are not running in metal raceway or near metal objects then it could be a possibility.
