Wiring installation question

I have a customer that's fixing up a historic building into a home. They have some existing wiremold to get a few extra receptacles in a few rooms. That's what they had originally said for us to do, but now they want it to look nicer. They sent me a picture of something like this - https://www.d-line-it.com/us/quarter-round-raceway/ and said they want to use that instead of wiremold. I can't find any that says it's rated for 120v wiring. Anyone have any suggestions? Some of these rooms can be accessed from the attic, but the wiremold was the original thought because they didn't want to spend the extra money for concealing everything. They want something that looks like a quarter round molding to hide the wiring.

Anyone have any suggestions?

388.6 requires surface nonmetallic raceways to be listed. I see nothing that suggests that product is listed.
 
If he running nmb can’t it be exposed if not subject to physical damage. Then this makes it nothing more a protection sleeve?
That does not need to me listed ,different if he running single conductors
 
Is this building standard construction, i.e., studs and hollow walls?

If so, use the old method of wiring behind the base molding and up inside the wall.

I doubt that NM would even go in that channel, especially around corners.

Look out for horizontal block framing - mid waist to shoulder high. It might even be perpendicular to either the low
or high points of vertical window frames.
 
If the baseboard is just square 1x4 or 1x6, if the raceway is no thicker than the baseboard, mount the raceway right on top of the baseboard, and cap it with a piece of 1/4 round. Makes a taller baseboard.

FWIW:
I'm a notch plaster, drill, snake, nail plate, patch kind of guy.
Once the repairs are done it'll look a lot better than any raceway.
That's my opinion though.

Yeah, I can do that on some of them, but all of the exterior walls are plastered brick so I've got to surface mount on those.
