I have a business place with a three phase service connected to a three phase generator. The owner in teh business had another buness right next door with a single phase service. IS it possible to connect this single phase building to the three phase genrator without removing the service connection?

Can the two installations be on the same generator with different service connections and possibly different ATSs?

You definitely need two ATSs. And the generator will not be able to deliver its full rated output to the single phase loads. Depending on the voltages of the two services you may need to use a transformer to feed the single phase loads or accept that line to line loads will get 208V instead of 240V.
